Where is BEBE's BLING based?
We are based in Milan, Italy and all shipments depart from local partner hubs here. As members of European Union, there are no customs duties to be paid when buying goods from within the EU.
Any orders destined for customers outside of the EU will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning we take responsibility for ensuring the safe arrival of the goods, while the buyer is responsible for any import duties required by their country.
What shipping service do you use?
EU & DOMESTIC: We ship with either SDA, Bartolini, or GLS for domestic parcels within Italy. For all other European Union countries we ship via DHL or UPS (depending on the country and best service provider available)
INTERNATIONAL: We ship to most international locations using DHL or UPS, however shipping options vary based on location. We offer standard and express services for USA, Canada, and UK only. For all other international locations, only express service is available due to nature of goods (precious metals & gemstones).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business after order is received. Once shipping has occurred, you will receive a tracking number and link.
Depending on the destination country and shipping service selected, most orders will arrive within 5-8 business days for standard shipping, and within 1-3 business days for express.
Please known that we do our best to meet shipping expectations, but cannot prevent delays due to unforeseen events or service disruptions caused by shipping providers.
What do I do if my package is lost, damaged, or stolen?
Please contact us immediately at hello@bebesbling.com as we will need to file a claim as quickly as possible.
